Privacy notice

In short

• There are no accounts, sign-ups, advertising, analytics scripts or tracking cookies on this site.
• What a child writes in the activities stays in the browser on their device. We never receive it.
• Like every website, our hosting service processes basic technical information to deliver pages.

Notes saved in your browser

The activities save language, suggested class group, activity progress, reflections and project drafts in your browser’s local storage on your device. This information is not sent to us or anyone else.

• Anyone who uses the same browser on the same device can see these notes.
• Clearing your browser’s site data, or using “Clear saved learning” on the My notebook page of the activities, deletes them. A private or incognito window may not keep them.
• You can download a copy of the notebook as a file. That copy is yours; we never see it.
• Please do not type real names, addresses, phone numbers or other personal details into notes.

What the hosting service processes

This site is served by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use this only in aggregate form, for example the total number of visits to a page, and we do not use it to identify or profile anyone. Cloudflare’s own handling is described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Email

If you write to us, we receive your email address and message and use them only to reply. We delete correspondence when it is no longer needed, or sooner if you ask. Please do not send children’s names, photographs, schoolwork or notebook files.

Children

The activities are designed for children using them with a parent or teacher nearby. We do not ask for or knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has sent us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.

Questions and requests

For questions, corrections or deletion requests, or to raise a concern, write to hello@ai4kiddos.in (please mention “privacy” in the subject). We reply as soon as we can. If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top.
